We make the process of massage therapy as easy as possible. We are mobile and that means that you get to stay in your home while we come to you. Our therapists bring their table and other equipment to you. All you have to do is call and book an appointment, we’re happy to do the rest!

The technique that works best for you depends on how you’re feeling when you come in for your massage therapy treatment.We offer a variety of treatments. What techniques are used to treat each client, is left up to your massage therapist to decide after you have communicated with them what kind of problems you’re having. You can always request a specific type of massage and confirm ahead of time that your therapist specializes in that technique.

Having a massage therapy treatment once a month is useful if you have preventative measure that you want to take, or if you want to manage stress. If you want to alleviate an injury or chronic tightness then we recommend trying to get treatment down in weekly sessions.
